Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the use of the services provided by SANCTUARY 22 CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company," "we," or "us") under the brand name "MUSCLE CO-OP" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), as well as the associated website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").
Please review these Terms before using the Website or the Service.
Article 1 | Scope of Services
The Company provides international product sourcing assistance, information services, coordination with suppliers, and other related services based on customers' individual requirements, utilizing its network of overseas manufacturers and business partners.
Product availability, supported regions, service details, and applicable conditions may vary depending on product characteristics, supplier availability, and the laws and regulations of the relevant countries.
The Website is not intended for direct product sales or online payment processing. Specific transaction terms and conditions will be provided upon individual inquiry.
Article 2 | Applications and Agreements
Customers wishing to use the Service should contact us through our designated communication channels.
Upon reviewing an inquiry, the Company will provide information regarding service availability, applicable fees, and relevant conditions.
The application process and the point at which an agreement becomes legally binding shall be governed by the terms communicated for each individual transaction.
Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a guarantee that the Company will procure any product or provide any requested service.
Article 3 | Products and Intended Use
Products considered for sourcing through the Service may include fitness-related products, dietary supplements, research-use products, and other related items.
As product classifications, intended uses, import requirements, and applicable restrictions vary, the Company will determine whether a request can be accommodated in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Products designated for research use are not authorized for purposes outside their specified research applications. The Company does not recommend or endorse their administration to humans or their use for medical treatment, cosmetic procedures, or other non-research purposes.
Furthermore, labeling a product as "For Research Use Only" or using similar terminology does not guarantee that the product is exempt from pharmaceutical or other regulatory requirements in any jurisdiction.
Article 4 | Legal Compliance and Import Procedures
The importation and use of overseas products are subject to the applicable laws and regulations of the exporting country, importing country, and any other relevant jurisdictions.
Import permits, notifications, certificates, customs procedures, and other regulatory requirements must be assessed individually based on the product and the nature of the transaction.
The Company will not facilitate transactions that violate applicable laws, involve false declarations, improper customs procedures, or otherwise raise legal or compliance concerns.
The Company provides product sourcing assistance and coordination services at the individual request of each customer. The Company does not maintain product inventory or act as the seller, importer, or shipping party.
Product sales and shipments are handled by the relevant overseas suppliers, sellers, or their designated service providers. Products are dispatched directly to the delivery addresses specified by customers.
The Company assists with communication, procurement arrangements, and shipping coordination within the agreed scope of the Service.
The identities and respective responsibilities of the seller, importer, and other parties involved in each transaction shall be clearly established before the transaction proceeds.
Where personal importation rules apply, customers must comply with all applicable requirements concerning intended use, permitted quantities, necessary approvals, and import procedures. No provision of these Terms authorizes transactions or activities prohibited by applicable laws.
Article 5 | Fees and Payment
Product prices, sourcing assistance fees, international shipping charges, and any other applicable costs shall be determined in accordance with individual quotations or transaction terms.
Import duties, consumption taxes, local taxes, customs clearance fees, and other applicable charges shall be allocated according to the terms agreed upon in advance and applicable laws.
Quoted amounts may be subject to change due to currency fluctuations, supplier pricing, shipping costs, or other relevant factors. Any such changes will generally be communicated before a formal agreement is concluded.
Article 6 | Shipping, Delivery, and Reshipment
Product packaging, dispatch, and international shipping are carried out by the relevant overseas suppliers, sellers, or their designated logistics providers.
The Company does not independently ship products but assists with shipping arrangements, delivery-related communications, and coordination with the relevant parties within the agreed scope of the Service.
Unless expressly guaranteed, estimated dispatch and delivery dates are provided for reference purposes only.
Delivery delays or changes to shipping arrangements may occur due to weather conditions, international transportation issues, customs inspections, import or export restrictions, supplier circumstances, or other factors.
In the event of loss, damage, failed delivery, returned shipments, customs-related issues, or other shipping problems, the Company will review the circumstances with the relevant shipping providers and business partners and respond in accordance with the applicable transaction terms and laws.
Reshipment, replacement arrangements, refunds, and other remedies will be determined based on the cause of the issue, contractual responsibilities, and applicable legal requirements.
Additional costs resulting from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, refusal to accept delivery, failure to submit required documentation, or similar circumstances may be charged to the customer to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The Company will not arrange any reshipment that would violate applicable import, export, or other legal restrictions.
Country-specific and product-specific shipping conditions, reshipment eligibility, cost allocation, and compensation arrangements will be communicated before a formal order or service agreement is accepted.
Article 7 | Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Requests for cancellation, return, or refund will be evaluated in accordance with the applicable agreement, procurement status, product characteristics, supplier conditions, and relevant laws.
Where procurement procedures have already commenced, settlement may take into account costs actually incurred in connection with the transaction.
In cases involving incorrect products, damaged goods, non-delivery, or failure to provide agreed services, the Company will investigate the circumstances and respond in accordance with applicable laws and the relevant transaction terms.
